The successful candidate will be responsible for technical delivery, commercial performance, health and safety, programme management and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from initial planning through to completion and handover. Oversee HVAC, heating, ventilation, chilled water, pipework and mechanical plant installations. Manage project budgets, procurement, variations, subcontractors and resource allocation.
