This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering some of London''s most prestigious mechanical and electrical projects, where you will have genuine tailored development and progression to Contracts Manager.

Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale mechanical projects? Do you want to work on technically challenging developments for a business with an excellent reputation, long-term pipeline of work, and genuine opportunities to progress into senior management?

This established M&E contractor has been delivering complex building services projects for over 30 years across the commercial, residential, healthcare, heritage, retail, and office sectors. With projects reaching values into the tens of millions they continue to secure major schemes throughout London while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and employee development.

You''ll take ownership of the mechanical package on a flagship project, overseeing day-to-day site operations while managing multiple Site Managers and coordinating closely with the electrical delivery team. The role involves client liaison, subcontractor management, commissioning coordination, programme management, document control, and ensuring the successful delivery of works through to completion.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a proven background delivering high-value mechanical packages as a Project Manager. You''ll be confident managing large site teams, coordinating subcontractors, attending client meetings, and driving projects through to successful completion.
