You''ll liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to minimise disruption and maintain operational continuity.Key aspects:Supervise projects via audits and progress checks.Coordinate with Building and Facilities staff and contractors.Monitor programme vs progress; implement trials as needed.Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability strategies.ResponsibilitiesManage minor mechanical projects: planning, specification, scheduling, procurement.Liaise with stakeholders to minimise disruption.Monitor progress vs programme/budget; report to Technical Manager.Ensure health and safety compliance; audit risk assessments/method statements.Support long-term planning and energy-saving initiatives.Maintain accurate project documentation.What We''re Looking ForQualifications: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Building Services.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, BMS, CDM regulations.Project Management: Proven ability to ..... full job details .....
