Mechanical Project Manager

RedRock Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a long-term contract based in Park Royal, NW10.

This role is working on a new build residential flats development, so proven experience delivering mechanical packages within the residential new build sector is essential.

You will be joining a fast-paced project team, working closely with a mechanical sub-contractor to ensure successful delivery of all works on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate mechanical sub-contractors on site
• Attend and lead site and project meetings
• Oversee delivery of mechanical works on a new build flats development
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance (RAMS, site procedures, etc.)
• Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Black CSCS Card
• Valid SMSTS certificate
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on new build residential flats/projects
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery
• Experience with Procore and/or Q&A is Desirable
