Mechanical Project Manager Immediately Required!

RCM Ltd are partnering with a privately owned, Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands with projects spanning across the UK. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential and leisure sectors to name but a few. 

We are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers and Mechanical Project Engineers who would like the opportunity to work on mechanical projects from cradle to grave within the residential, distribution, highrise residential and educational sectors. 

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:                       

• MEP Installations & ensuring that they are completed to specification and high standards
• Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover
• Reporting into the Mechanical Director on a weekly basis
• Provide estimates for potential tender opportunites.
• Overlooking the project from inception through to handover
• Ensuring that materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP Installation / project 
• Managing direct staff and subcontractors 

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to have the following

• Previous experience in working for an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience
• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering 
• CSCS Card
