This is a permanent position Predominately a site based role the successful Project Manager will have: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical engineering or building services sector. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential projects. Experience delivering both- Design & Build -and- Build-Only -projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Consulting Engineers, clients, and contractors. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively. A proactive, solutions-focused mind-set with exceptional organisational skills.
