The role will involve managing a range of mechanical projects across commercial environments, taking responsibility for delivery from initial planning and site survey through to completion and handover. This position would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a solid HVAC and building services background who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining control of programme, cost, quality and health and safety. The original brief places particular emphasis on the successful delivery of mechanical schemes and on maintaining commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
