Mechanical Project Manager West Yorkshire 55,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits Parkinson Gray Associates is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a well-established building services contractor. The role will involve managing a range of mechanical projects across commercial environments, taking responsibility for delivery from initial planning and site survey through to completion and handover. This position would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a solid HVAC and building services background who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining control of programme, cost, quality and health and safety. The original brief places particular emphasis on the successful delivery of mechanical schemes and on maintaining commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from pre-start through to final handover. Undertake site surveys and support project planning. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Attend client, design and project meetings. Monitor programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved. Maintain control of project costs, margins and forecasting. Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements. Monitor quality standards and drive projects towards defect-free completion.
