Mechanical Project ManagerOur client is a well-established MandE Installation Contractor are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of a new commercial research centre plant rooms in central London. This role will be permanent day rate for 16 months and ongoing to see completion of site. Rates depending on experience. MUST HAVE SMSTS. DAY RATE (Apply online only) CIS OR LTD PAID WEEKLY. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing mechanical projects within scope, schedule, and budget. They coordinate between clients, design teams, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure successful project delivery that meets technical, safety, and quality standards.The Role - As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project life-cycle of the mechanical installation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key interface between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all mechanical subcontractor packages (HVAC, plumbing, public health, plant, specialist systems).Must be computer genius. Oversee 8 pipefitters on plant room and mechanical lab installations.
