This is a site-based role, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex mechanical packages from inception through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all mechanical aspects of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage site-based teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.Liaise with the client, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and strong relationships.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.Drive value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation.Lead commissioning and handover processes, ensuring smooth transition to operational use.Essential RequirementsTier 1 contractor experience delivering large-scale mechanical projects.Strong background in mechanical building services within the education or commercial sector.Proven track record of managing site-based projects from start to finish.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational ..... full job details .....
