With a long-standing reputation within the mechanical and electrical building services sector, the business delivers technically complex MEP projects across commercial, education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, residential, hospitality and heritage environments. The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, including work within live and sensitive environments, listed buildings and technically demanding facilities. Its services cover mechanical installation, MEP coordination, design, renewable technologies, specialist projects, commissioning and maintenance.You will take responsibility for the successful commercial and operational delivery of a portfolio of mechanical building services projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and internal design and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
