Mechanical Project Manager

Noble Recruiting are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and renowned Building Services provider based in Essex. This wonderful and dynamic position is offering the opportunity as a Hybrid Role. Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per annum DOE As our Client continues to expand within the Commercial and Retail sectors, they are looking for you to be responsible for managing the successful delivery of installations that include public health systems, ventilation systems, LTHW / CHW system and air conditioning systems typically across retail and commercial projects. You will be responsible for delivering the works on time, within budget, to the highest standard and meet the following criteria: Oversee the workforce of employed, self-employed and sub-contractors. Working with the commercial and procurement team to ensure material and sub-contract packages are correctly procured. Communicating with various project stakeholders. Manage budgets, schedules and resources Problem solving. Provide technical expertise to ensure successful delivery of the works. Experience/Skills we are looking for: Previous, recent experience in a project manager role. Trade experience as a pipe fitter / plumber with ideally having developed into a PM role after working from the ground upwards. Highly organised and pro-active.
