Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity - Oxford Life Sciences Project - 20m MEP Value MK Search are currently working with a market leading MandE Contractor with a turnover of c. 300m who are looking to engage with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a large scale life sciences scheme in Oxford with a 20m MandE package. The company in question are very reputable and have a strong presence in the commercial, data centre, life sciences and government building sectors and are expanding across the UK and Europe. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing contractor who have a strong pipeline of work. Responsibilities: Management of internal teams, subcontractors and labour on site Working closely with procurement and commercial teams Ensuring smooth delivery of materials and sub-contract packages Client and stakeholder liaison throughout Keep budgets, timelines and resource on track Troubleshoot and resolve on site issues Drive quality, compliance and safety from start to finish They have sign off to pay above average salaries and packages with long term work and progression plans created from the outset.
