      <description>Location: Hackney Central | Salary: &amp;pound;400 - &amp;pound;450/annum | Type: Contract | MK-Search are currently working with a well respected -30m turnover M&amp;E contractor with a strong presence across sectors who are looking to engage with a mechanical project manager to deliver a notable decarbonisation project on a cluster of public buildings in East London. Reporting to a contracts manager you will be given full autonomy to manage a -10m mechanical package.-   Duties:     Lead team meetings to engage, motivate, and improve performance.   Report aspects of the project to clients, Directors, and any other relevant stakeholder.   Liaise with Design &amp; Coordination to ensure the delivery of design/working drawings capture any additional cost, programme delay, or external influence that may affect production. Delegate activities within the project team, while building strong working relationships.   Management of the procurement process.   Be an advocate for best-practice health and safety.   Sign off to pay an attractive salary or day rate on offer with an interesting portflio of work across the business and long term contract on offer for the coming years.-</description>
