MK-Search and Selection have partnered with a well respected MandE contractor with an exciting order book of projects across the commercial, fit out and retrofit sectors sectors delivering projects ranging from 100k- 10m who are looking for a mechanical project manager to join their team. Reporting to an MEP operations manager you will take control of a retrofit/decarbonisation project they are leading in East London direct to and client and consisting of multiple mechanical install and upgrade packages across multiple project simultaneously across a complex Getting involved from pre-construction phase, you will act as mechanical lead across 2-3 projects (combined MandE value circa 5m) with a technical and management overview across all mechanical packages tasked with managing and motivating all relevant stakeholders through to PC The company in question are happy to engage with people on a contract (Ltd or CIS) or permanent basis and can offer work across Central London for many years to come on an ongoing contract and repeat business basis ..... full job details .....
