Reporting directly to the Head of MandE, you will take full responsibility for managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple mechanical projects across NHS, educational, and commercial sectors. Oversee project delivery from planning through installation, commissioning, and handover. Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Monitor project performance, identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
