Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of mechanical services projects, with a specific focus on plant room installations within the education sector and commercial office fit-outs. You will manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, ranging in value from 100k to 5M. Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and communication. Oversee all aspects of project planning, procurement, and delivery. Ensure projects meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
