The successful candidate will initially work on a finishing-stage project in Leicester from November 2026, before moving onto a new-build prison project in Wiltshire from January 2027. Travel/lodge paid if required. You will take ownership of the mechanical package from delivery through to completion, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and the wider project team. Key Responsibilities Manage the £1.5m mechanical package from start to completion. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and suppliers. Manage programme, procurement, costs and project delivery.
