This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential, mixed-use and high-rise projects across London and the South East. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of the project from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The Role Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mechanical installation, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full mechanical package from inception to completion. Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
