You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of mechanical and HVAC projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage MandE and HVAC projects across all phasesCoordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activitiesLead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standardsMonitor project budgets, schedules, and resourcesLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risksProvide regular progress reports to senior managementRequirementsProven experience as an MandE or HVAC Project ManagerStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical servicesExperience managing commercial or industrial projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRelevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similarSMSTS / CSCS (or equivalent) preferredThe PackageCompetitive salary packageCareer progression ..... full job details .....
