Mechanical Project Manager Location: Central London Salary: 80,000 - 85,000 + Package Sector: Commercial CAT A and CAT B Fit Out MEP Project Values: 1m - 7m An established and reputable MEP Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team, working on commercial projects across Central London. The company has been established for over 20 years, has a turnover of approximately 25m, and specialises in delivering high-quality commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. Projects are predominantly based in Central London, with typical MEP values ranging from 1m to 7m. The Role As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical package from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team throughout the project lifecycle. The role will include: Managing mechanical packages on commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. Managing mechanical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Coordinating with clients, consultants and the wider project team. Managing programme, quality, health and safety and project delivery. Monitoring progress and resolving technical and project issues.
