Mechanical Project Manager Day Rate - 500 Location - West London (Hybrid)Duration - 6 Months (Initially)IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) Construction Estates and FacilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver mechanical building services projects across a diverse estates portfolio. You will lead projects from design through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical projects end-to-end (HVAC, plant, pipework, water systems)Oversee contractors, consultants, and project teamsEnsure compliance with HandS (CDM) and industry standardsMonitor budgets, programmes, and project performanceLiaise with stakeholders across estates, FM, and client teamsSupport commissioning, handover, and operational integrationRequirementsProven experience in mechanical project delivery within construction or FMStrong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, BMS, plant)Experience working in live environments (e.g. commercial, healthcare, education)Good understanding of HandS and CDM regulationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsQualificationsHNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services EngineeringSMSTS (or equivalent) and CSCSProfessional membership (CIBSE/IMechE) - desirable ..... full job details .....
