Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial projects. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers
• Programme management and progress reporting
• Procurement of materials and plant
• Ensure technical compliance with drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams

Requirements:

• Experience delivering mechanical packages in the commercial sector
• Strong technical understanding of building services
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
• Experience with project management systems beneficial-
