Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical installations, including HVAC, chilled water, cooling systems and associated pipework. Oversee mechanical subcontractors, site supervisors and installation teams. Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and resource allocation. Coordinate with electrical, CSA and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor installation progress, quality, health and safety, and compliance with project specifications. Manage technical submittals, RFIs, design coordination and subcontractor performance. Oversee mechanical testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover to the client.
