Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Site ManagerLocation: Islington, Central LondonSalary: 70,000 to 80,000, depending on experienceContract: Permanent or freelance options available Hays Construction is working with a leading specialist contractor to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager or experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a major project near Islington , Central London. The overall scheme is valued at more than 13 million, with the mechanical package worth approximately 6 million to 7 million. Working alongside the Project Director and Project Manager, this role will take responsibility for the mechanical delivery of the project, from installation through to commissioning and handover. The position would suit an established Mechanical Project Manager or a delivery-focused Mechanical Site Manager with experience managing significant mechanical packages on technically demanding construction projects. The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the mechanical services package.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the mechanical works through construction, commissioning and handoverCoordinating mechanical subcontractors, supervisors and site teamsMonitoring progress against the construction and commissioning programmesReviewing mechanical drawings, specifications and technical informationCoordinating mechanical services with the wider construction and building services teamsChairing subcontractor ..... full job details .....
