Role: Leading projects from start to finish from feasibility studies through to handover. Managing costs, procurement, financial reporting, and final accounts with precision. Preparing proposals, technical submittals, and RFIs while supporting CAD development. Collaborating with estimating, commercial, and contracts teams to keep delivery smooth and efficient. Representing the business at client, design, and progress meetings. Tracking KPIs and ensuring reporting deadlines are always met. Championing Health and Safety across every site. Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors. Owning project budgets and driving financial success. Requirements: At least 5 years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in MandE Building Services. Proven success delivering projects from £500k to £4m.
