The Role

You''ll be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical building services projects, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and client expectations are achieved.

Managing site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers, you''ll drive projects through installation, commissioning and handover while maintaining the highest standards of safety, technical compliance and customer service.

We''re Interested in Hearing From You If You Have:

• Experience managing Mechanical Building Services or MEP projects.
• A strong understanding of electrical installations and project delivery.
• Previous exposure to healthcare, education or similarly complex projects.
• Excellent planning, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning and handover procedures.
