Mechanical Project Manager Milton Keynes £70,000 £75,000 + Car Package + Bonus A well-established commercial contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Project Engineer with a strong commercial MandE background. The Role: • Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion • Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality and commercial performance • Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams • Working closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams • Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation • Managing project programmes, costs, variations and valuations • Attending client and project meetings • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification The Candidate: • Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial construction/MandE • Strong mechanical installation and project delivery knowledge • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders • Good understanding of project programmes, costs and variations • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Ability to manage projects from start to finish • Relevant mechanical qualifications or strong industry experience This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for a long-term ..... full job details .....
