This role focuses on managing the mechanical services associated with controlled environments, Mechanical Project Manager ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant industry standards and client requirements.What You Will Be DoingOverseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, including conception, design, development, and implementationManaging and coordinating project teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and subcontractorsDevelop, manage and maintain Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (DPCandC) programmes in Microsoft ProjectResponsible for full mechanical cost control, including budgeting, estimating, package procurement, subcontract account management, and agreement of final accounts to meet project targetsChairing weekly subcontractor progress meetings and keeping accurate meeting minutesEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetIdentifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues or delaysManaging project resources and materials to support successful deliveryDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key ..... full job details .....
