They are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the mechanical packages across three college projects. THE ROLE:You will take responsibility for managing the mechanical packages across three college projects, overseeing delivery from installation through to commissioning and final handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams, you will manage project programmes, budgets, resources and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards. You will monitor progress and quality, manage variations, coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, while overseeing snagging, commissioning and project close-out.
