The Role Manage mechanical projects from start to finish. Plan and monitor project programmes. Manage subcontractors and site teams. Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors. Manage project costs, variations and procurement. Monitor quality and progress. Attend site and client meetings. Ensure health & safety requirements are met. Manage commissioning, snagging and handover. Provide regular project updates to senior management.
