The Mechanical Project Manager will be given full responsibility for a wide range of AC installation projects within the Commercial sector. Projects are typically small works, ranging from -10,000 to -500,000 in value, including CAT A and CAT B refurbishment installs. The successful Mechanical Project Manager will: Be expected to be office based one or two days per week, with the remainder of the week overseeing 3 to 4 sites nationwide. Be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the HVAC works associated with each project, in conjunction with other Mechanical services. Work alongside the Commercial Manager to financially manage all aspects of each project, ensuring delivery on budget and on time.
