Mechanical Project ManagerSalary: 80,000 - 90,000Location: Brent Cross / Aldgate, LondonSector: Residential and Student AccommodationThe OpportunityA well-established and growing building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding London team.With a strong track record across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services, the business delivers projects across London and the Home Counties, with a portfolio spanning residential, student accommodation, commercial, education and hospitality.The successful candidate will work across two major London developments in Brent Cross and Aldgate, playing a key role in the successful delivery of the mechanical packages.The RoleTake responsibility for mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.Coordinate mechanical design, installation and commissioning activities.Review drawings, specifications and technical information.Work closely with the project, design and commercial teams.Monitor programme, quality and technical performance.Attend design and project meetings.Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover.Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.Identify and resolve technical and delivery issues throughout the project lifecycle.About YouWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in building services and experience working on residential, student accommodation or ..... full job details .....
