Mechanical Project Manager Location: London - Project Based, within the M25Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00am-4:30pm We are currently looking for experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join a growing team delivering a range of high-quality Cat B fit-out, plant replacement and mechanical fit-out projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who has a strong background working with Tier 1 fit-out contractors and is looking to take full ownership of mechanical projects from delivery through to completion. The Projects Projects are based across London, all within the M25, and will include: Cat B commercial fit-out projects Plant replacement schemes Mechanical fit-out projects Full Design and Build delivery from Stage 3 onwards Working alongside specialist CDP contractors Mechanical services will include: Ventilation Public Health Mechanical sprinkler systems VRF heating and cooling BMS Mechanical pipework The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the mechanical delivery of your projects, working closely with the electrical Project Manager and wider project team.
