Mechanical Project Manager

Our client requires a Mechanical Project Manager for commercial fitout projects in Central London.- The role will include managing all aspects of a commercial fitout project including directly employed Plumbers and Pipefitters as well as sub-contractors for HVAC packages such as Air conditioning and air ventilation.

Successful Project Managers must have the following:

• A current valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
• Experience managing commercial fitout projects for a mechanical sub-contractor.
• Two checkable working references as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial construction projects.
