I''m working with a leading air conditioning contractor who is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a high-quality commercial fit-out project in the City of London.
The successful Project Manager will be:

• Starting on the 16th March, with ongoing work available.
• Overseeing mechanical trades on a commercial office fit-out in the City of London.
• Working 8-hour days, on -300 a day (NEG DOE).

To be successful as the Mechanical Project Manager, you will need:

• Valid CSCS (black preferred).
• SMSTS
• Mechanical trade background (heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects.
