Mechanical Project Manager required for a long standing business who are further expanding its Modular division.

You will be joining a strong and stable team who have built solid relationships with Tier 1 contractors. Thus require the mechanical Project Manager to be able to build solid relationships and customer service

As a Mechanical Project Manger you must have experience of M&E plantrrom systems, prefabrication and modular building projects within the HVAC/Building Services sector. Covering commercial and Industrial buildings. Data Centre expertise will be highly desirable.

You will need to demonstrate expertise / experienced of managing projects and teams cradle to grave. Taking a lead on scope, risk, cost, budget and resources.
