Mechanical Project Manager

My client, are currently are seeking an operationally aware-and commercially astute, Mechanical Project Manager to join their successful and growing team in Worcestershire. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and a very generous annual bonus based on profitability.

This is a predominantly office based position, with weekly site visits to meet with clients and oversee the project progression. You will be responsible for planning and structuring your own working week, giving you autonomy to deliver projects effectively.

You will manage various-projects across a diverse portfolio, including:

Laboratories
Pharmaceutical facilities
Large scale office
Industrial

Key Responsibilities will inc ;

Managing Mechanical Building Services projects
Coordinating subcontractors and internal teams
Attending weekly site meetings and client progress reviews
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, and ensuring the greater profitability
Commercial oversight including cost control and reporting
Building and maintaining strong relationships

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Commercially astute with strong cost management
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
