This role would suit a driven, commercially aware professional who can take ownership of mechanical packages, lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.   Key Responsibilities   Manage mechanical building services packages from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
