This is a key role responsible for managing the delivery of all mechanical packages across the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background, ideally from a plumbing, heating, pipefitting, or mechanical building services discipline, with proven experience managing mechanical installations on large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all mechanical works from installation through to commissioning and handover. Manage mechanical subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist installers on site.
