Mechanical Project Manager Cleanroom and Laboratory Fit-Out Oxford and London Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Location: Oxford and London Job Type: Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a specialist team delivering high-specification cleanroom, laboratory, pharmaceutical and technical fit-out projects across Oxford and London. This is a hands-on project delivery role, taking responsibility for mechanical packages from pre-construction and design coordination through procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Experience within cleanrooms, laboratories, life sciences, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of mechanical project delivery from design through to completion. Manage mechanical packages across cleanroom, laboratory and specialist fit-out projects. Coordinate HVAC, ventilation, ductwork, pipework, heating, cooling and associated mechanical services. Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and resources. Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, construction, BMS and specialist trades. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Attend client, consultant and project progress meetings. Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations and project documentation.
