Project ManagerSalary: 55,000 + Vehicle Location: Flexible (travel required) Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of modular and general construction projects. This includes high-profile sites such as the Macmillan Cancer Centre, Baby Unit, and DWP facilities.This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy environment, delivering multiple projects with real impact across healthcare and public sector infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management: Oversee up to three concurrent projectsProject Delivery: Manage projects valued up to 1m eachProgramme Management: Ensure delivery within tight timelines (3-9 months)Subcontractor Coordination: Lead and manage subcontractors, with a strong focus on MandE within modular buildsStakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsRequirementsProven experience in modular construction (e.g. Portakabins) and general construction projectsStrong experience of delivering projects on time and within budgetExperience managing MandE subcontractorsHealthcare sector experience is highly desirable (but not essential)Willingness to travel as requiredPackage and BenefitsSalary: 55,000 per annum (Permanent)Vehicle: Choice of Company Van or Ford RangerStart Date: ..... full job details .....
