We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of modular and general construction projects. This includes high-profile sites such as the Macmillan Cancer Centre, Baby Unit, and DWP facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy environment, delivering multiple projects with real impact across healthcare and public sector infrastructure.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee up to three concurrent projects
• Project Delivery: Manage projects valued up to -1m each
• Programme Management: Ensure delivery within tight timelines (3-9 months)
• Subcontractor Coordination: Lead and manage subcontractors, with a strong focus on M&E within modular builds
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Proven experience in modular construction (e.g. Portakabins) and general construction projects
• Strong experience of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing M&E subcontractors
• Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
• Willingness to travel as required

• Salary: -55,000 per annum (Permanent)
• Vehicle: Choice of Company Van or Ford Ranger
