Mechanical Project Manager Location: Kent (with travel to project sites) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and growing MandE contractor seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Mechanical Building Services to oversee the delivery of projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Residential and Public Sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical projects from initial planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Overseeing mechanical installations, including HVAC, heating, ventilation, pipework and plantroom systems. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and site teams. Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and resource requirements. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing effective solutions. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015 and RAMS. Reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Managing commercial activities, including cost control, variations and forecasting. ..... full job details .....
