Senior Mechanical Project Manager Plumbing / Mechanical Location: Essex and London Salary: £70,000 £80,000 DOE Benefits: Car Allowance + Pension Employment: Permanent Working: Hybrid We are recruiting an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join an established contractor delivering commercial mechanical and plumbing projects across Essex and London. This is a senior delivery-focused position taking responsibility for projects from initial handover through to completion, with individual project values ranging from approximately £20,000 to £1 million. The successful candidate will typically manage between 1 3 live projects at any one time, supported by an established office, estimating and design team. The Role As Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful commercial and operational delivery of mechanical and plumbing projects.
