Mech Electrics are recruiting on behalf of a specialist Building Services and Engineering contractor delivering technically complex cleanroom, pharmaceutical, healthcare and advanced manufacturing projects throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of high-value mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

This opportunity would suit a Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering HVAC, pipework and mechanical installations within the Building Services, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical building services projects safely and successfully
• Manage project programmes and installation activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Attend client and design team meetings
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance
• Support commissioning and handover activities
• Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Mechanical Building Services background
• Experience delivering MEP projects
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• SMSTS preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence
