Mechanical Project Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing engineering contractor specialising in the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects.Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.The RoleAs Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical projects from inception through to completion and handover.Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, budget and quality.Develop and maintain project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, construction and other building services disciplines.Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site-based teams.Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.Attend client, consultant and project progress meetings.Manage project costs, valuations, variations and financial reporting.Identify and manage project risks, delays and commercial issues.Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with relevant standards, specifications and contractual requirements.Work closely with the commercial ..... full job details .....
