Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager require. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical delivery of a 30m residential development in Brent Cross. This flagship scheme is part of the wider regeneration of the Brent Cross area and is scheduled to run over a 4-year programme. This is a senior role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive programme performance from pre-construction through to final handover. Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for the delivery of all Mechanical and Electrical packages Lead coordination between consultants, subcontractors, and the main contractor Manage programme, budgets, risk, and quality assurance Review and approve technical submittals and drawings Oversee procurement of MandE subcontractors and suppliers Monitor installation progress and ensure works meet design and regulatory requirements Chair progress meetings and report to senior stakeholders Manage commissioning, testing, and phased handovers Mechanical Project Manager Requirements Proven experience delivering MandE packages on residential projects ( 20m+ value preferred) Strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical building services Experience working on multi-unit apartment schemes Excellent commercial awareness and cost control capability Ability to manage long-term programmes and phased delivery Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills ..... full job details .....
