Mechanical Project Manager

Brookfield MandE are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to manage commercial office fit out projects in central London and surrounding areas, The projects range from 100k - 1.5m mechanical. The Mechanical Project Manager must have experience in managing mechanical projects with similar values, the ideal candidate will have managed projects from start to finish within budget.Duties will be as following:To attend tender pre-order meetingsRAMSManagement of health and safetyManage the Mechanical InstallEnsure orders placed to meet on-site installations requirementsAttending progress meetings and liaising with both contractor and client.Liaising and discussing design issues with consultants.Reviewing progress against programmes, considering critical paths and key project milestones.Checking on quality and making sure that handovers are on time and accurate.Ensuring the contract is being carried out according to the client''s SpecificationTechnical submissionsMeeting/ setting project targetsOverseeing mechanical design and holding meetings.Deliver the projects on time and within budgetManage and oversee all Sub-ContractorsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to progress their career with a large MandE sub contractorThe company are paying 75,000 - 80,000 + package please get in contact asap to discuss this ..... full job details .....
