You will take responsibility for projects from pre-construction and procurement through installation, commissioning and final handover. Key responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from initial planning through to practical completion Oversee HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, ductwork, heating, plumbing and associated mechanical services. Manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors. Coordinate mechanical installations with electrical services, architectural finishes and other trades. Review drawings, specifications and design information, raising RFIs where required. Prepare scopes of work, technical submittals, project programmes, RAMS and procurement schedules.
